Shipping time: You can receive the goods in 10-19 days after successful payment. 

Information about delivery requests

* Necessary information for shipping is  your full name, address and phone number . Please note that we may ship your order to ZIP CODE addresses  and PO Boxes or similar addresses that are not available for shipping. 

* Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and contact phone number. 

*We will arrange the goods for you within 4-6 days after receiving the money, take lots of photos and send you real photos of these products, and deliver them to you as soon as you confirm the products perfect.

 Package tracking number will be sent to you within 3-5 days after delivery. There is also a link to check the package tracking number.

* Our staff will check your package update every day and send you the estimated date of your package, the package is about to arrive and our staff will send you reminders so that you You can receive your favorite products as soon as possible.

This requires your information to be filled in correctly. After ordering, our staff will contact you based on the information you left, including: Gmail and phone number.

For any type of air express request, our customer service is available for you Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 9:30pm and Saturday from 8:30 to 13:30 (Ordering courier services, information about our products and services, customs information, specific issues, urgent requests...).

Normally, we use DHL and FedEx as shipping methods. 

Monitoring method

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a DHL, FedEx and website tracking number. 

There are two methods to get the above information from us, 

<1> Please visit our website and log in again to check the update status. 

<2> Check your e-mail to us and send updated status to your e-mail. 

Note: (If you can't check it immediately with any tracking, please wait patiently for a while).

No delivery or wrong

* We are not responsible for return shipping if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address. 

* If you refuse to sign the order, we will charge a 30% handling fee, if the package has been recovered multiple times after failed delivery (due to your absence or you providing an incorrect delivery address correct or incomplete), we will need 30% of the shipping fee. 

*For customers who do not receive your parcel within 20 business days. 

Please contact your local post office as soon as possible, however, you can check directly with your local post office with your ID card or other valid certificate and a copy of your order information that you can print out when logging into your registered account on our website.
